Kosovo Hydrometeorological Institute has announced that today will be sunny weather and scattered eclipses.
Minimum temperatures are expected to range between 3 and 5 degrees Celsius, and maximum temperatures will range between 15 to 19 degrees Celsius.
“A light wind will blow from the northeast,” the IHMK announcement states.
