SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), May 15 (SeeNews) – German infrastructure group Mih Holding said on Thursday it has acquired Bosnian IT company Saas Solutions for an undisclosed amount.

    “By integrating Saas Solutions, we are expanding our portfolio with a pioneering company that covers the entire spectrum of modern IT solutions,” Mih Holding said in a post on its Facebook page.

    “Together, we will take Saas Solutions to a higher level, with a clear focus on cloud, AI, and cyber security”, Saas Solutions COO Nihad Kozlic told Bosnian news outlet Biznis Info on Thursday.

    Mih Holding, based in Horstmar, Germany, is a holding of ten companies across different industries. It has offices in Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands, with partners in Bosnia, Montenegro, Croatia, and Slovenia, according to information on its website. It is owned by Hajriz Brcvak, a Montenegrin entrepreneur who owns two companies in Bosnia – BH Holding Sarajevo and MIH BH.

    Saas Solutions, based in Sarajevo, specialises in cloud services, cybersecurity, and digital commerce, according to its website. In 2024, it recorded 1.5 million marka ($859,064/766,937 euro) in net profit on 4.7 million marka in revenue, according to Bosnian business information portal CompanyWall.
