SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), May 15 (SeeNews) – Bosnian microloan provider Pro Fin said on Thursday it will hold an auction of three-year bond issue worth 2.5 million marka ($1.4 million/1.3 million euro) on June 3.

    The subscription and payment period will be open for 15 days, Pro Fin said in a filing to the Banja Luka bourse. The securities have a coupon rate of 7.50%.

    The raised funds will be used to support Pro Fin’s regular operations and increase its market share in the microcrediting market.

    At its latest bond auction held in March, Pro Fin sold 2.5 million marka worth of three-year debt paper.

    Pro Fin is an Eastern Sarajevo-based microcreditor founded in 2020 which provides small loans to entrepreneurs and small businesses.
