SKOPJE (N. Macedonia), May 23 (SeeNews) – The real net wage in North Macedonia increased by 7.6% year-on-year in March, following a 4.4% annual rise in February, the national statistical office said.
In nominal terms, the average net wage reached 44,763 denars ($822.7/728.5 euro) in March, up 10.5% year-on-year, Makstat said in a monthly report on Thursday.
On a monthly comparison basis, the real net wage in North Macedonia went up 5.3% in March.
North Macedonia’s average gross wage came in at 67,240 denars in March, up 7.6% on the year in real terms and 10.6% higher in nominal terms.
