Women’s Forum on June 2 and 3, Police announce changes in traffic in the capital

The Kosovo Police has announced that it will take care of maintaining public order and managing road traffic in the country, as the third edition of the Forum for Women, Peace and Security is held on June 2-3.
Through a statement, the Police say the Police will temporarily interrupt traffic flow.
This event is organized at the initiative of President Vjosa Osmani.
“On June 2-3, 2025, at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Ms. Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, the third edition of the Forum for Women, Peace and Security in the Republic of Kosovo will be organized in Pristina. The Kosovo Police will take care of maintaining public order and peace and managing road traffic in the country, as well as during the movement/stay of various personalities and delegations related to this edition.”
“In order to enable free movement according to the movement itinerary and the development of activities according to the agenda of the edition in question, the Kosovo Police will temporarily interrupt traffic flow (in short time intervals) on several road segments and near relevant facilities, where there will be a reorientation of traffic to alternative routes, therefore the Kosovo Police requests full understanding from citizens and traffic participants,” the announcement states. /Gazeta Express
