Macedonian vs Serbocroatian pop music

Hello, my parents are both Macedonian and I’m trying to improve my language. I love serbocroatian music and I want to listen to Macedonian music too, but I’m not finding the same type of sound.
I’ve found that a lot of Macedonian music in for example this playlist has a lot of western influence, pop, hiphop, RnB etc. The music I love by artists like Dragana Mirkovic, Serif Konjevic, Sejo Kalac, Halid Beslic, even Zdravko Colic – has more of a folk pop sound or whatever you could call it – I can’t find anything similar in Macedonian. The closest I have found is Dario, but I’m not a huge fan.
I know my parents also listen to these artists and that serbocroatian music is popular in Macedonia, so maybe what I’m looking for doesn’t exist. Would love some input.
