Las Vegas (KSNV) — Intermountain Health caregivers participated in a ceremonial beam signing and topping-off ceremony for a new 90,000-square-foot medical building in the southwest valley of Las Vegas.
On Tuesday, participants, including Martin-Harris Construction leaders and subcontractors, had the opportunity to sign the final steel beam before it was raised and placed atop the building.
The event marked the completion of the vertical construction phase of the coral desert-colored structure.
The new Intermountain Health clinic will provide a range of services, including pediatric care, women’s health services, radiation therapy, oncology services, adult primary care, and senior primary care.

The Spring Valley location was strategically selected to improve access for patients in an area experiencing rapid growth, allowing residents to receive care closer to home rather than traveling across the county.
The Intermountain Badura Clinic is slated to open at the beginning of 2026, with providers to be announced at a later date.
