MALTA — Friday rain that continued into the day Monday has led to the postponement of Whitesboro’s regional softball playoff game at the Luther Forest field complex.
Whitesboro and defending state champion Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake, Section II’s Class AA champion, will now play Sunday at 5 p.m.
All three games at the Section II site have been moved back one day. Ichabod Crane plays Albertus Magnus in Class A, and Stillwater plays Ticonderoga in Class C.
The start times Sunday remain the same from Saturday at the four-field facility.
