Vivian Bryce Jones is taking a break from academic endeavors to pursue her writing career and put the finishing touches on her second album, due for release this summer with the tentative title, “Shedding Velvet.”
She is the daughter of Mr. James Rufus Jones III and the stepdaughter and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Wagner V. Her mother is the former Cathryn Boyd Abbott.
While attending the California high school, she was a member of the Russian Literature Book Club and the film scoring club, and recorded her first album.
At the Vermont college, she was a member of the Nederlandse Conversatieclub (Dutch conversation club) and worked on her second album.
She has also published short fiction.
Vivian has also worked in the retail sector locally.
