‘Full House’ Star Looks ‘Amazing’ Channeling Another ’90s Icon originally appeared on Parade.
“Full House” star Jodie Sweetin may be giving Cher Horowitz a run for her money with her latest look.
The actress and activist took to Instagram on Thursday showing off her outfit, which looks like it was straight from the closet of the “Clueless” characters — who often sported school uniform-like matching sets.
“Channeling ‘Clueless’ this morning for @goodmorningamerica! 👛” she wrote.
Styled by Shannon McClure, the “Full House” star, 43, donned a black and white plaid matching set by Mestiza New York complete with a hot pink mini purse — that Cher would have loved, obviously — by Annie Diamantidis.

And fans were quick to notice the connection, chiming in with iconic catchphrases and references from the film.
“You’re a Total Betty” one wrote, while another simply added, “You look amazing!”
While universes of the family-friendly show — which aired from 1987 to 1995 — and the hit teen movie — released in 1995 — would have overlapped timing-wise, Sweetin’s character, Stephanie Tanner, was most definitely way too young to be rocking the same clothes the high schoolers in “Clueless” — so years later, it seems only right that she’s taking the iconic style for a spin.
