Commission in Malta.
Malta Sotheby’s International Realty had the pleasure of
sponsoring the British High Commission’s celebration of The
King’s Birthday, hosted by British High Commissioner H.E.
Catherine Ward at her residence. The event brought together a
distinguished guest list that included the President of Malta, H.E.
Myriam Spiteri Debono, ambassadors, consuls, and notable figures
from Malta’s public and private sectors.
Held in the gardens of the High Commissioner’s residence,
the evening featured a thoughtful programme and warm hospitality.
Guests followed a light-hearted, Wimbledon-inspired dress code,
white with a touch of red and blue, which added a fun element to
the atmosphere.
H.E. Catherine Ward addressed the guests with a speech
highlighting her experience in Malta, her role, recent initiatives
of the Commission, and the historic ties between Malta and the
United Kingdom. The President of Malta, H.E. Myriam Spiteri Debono,
followed with reflections on the value of international cooperation
and how diplomatic relations contribute to societal wellbeing.
