Crumbl Cookie is no stranger to collaborating with celebrities. Over the years, they’ve worked with Olivia Rodrigo and, most famously, the Kardashians. We all remember that collab from earlier this year (and how people felt about Kourtney’s Flourless Chocolate Cake). But now, they’re working with another polarizing celebrity: Benson Boone.
Crumbl Cookie shared the news on their Instagram with the caption reading, “It’s mystical. It’s magical. It’s yours next week. 🌙🍦 We’re celebrating Benson Boone’s new album ‘American Heart’ with a dreamy new treat. 💙 Say hello to Moonbeam Ice Cream Cookie! 🌟”

They added, “A dessert that will have you doing backflips—tag someone who needs to know their listening party treat is on the way 🤩👇 #Crumbl.”
Now, the comments couldn’t be more split. Many loved this new collab, commenting things like “IM DEFINITELY GETTING THIS! 😍 Love Benson Boone! Seeing him in September!” and “Shut the front door!! I am excited for this one!”
However, just as many, if not more, aren’t a fan of this. Fans wrote things like “how do i dislike a post” and “STOP TRYING TI MAKE BENSON BOONE A THING,” and “Put a TW next time,” one said, with TW meaning trigger warning.
Now, who is Benson Boone? He’s an American singer known for his songs like “Beautiful Things,” “Mystical Magical,” and more. On June 20, 2025, he released his second album called American Heart.
But why do people not like him? Per Betches, many see him as inauthentic and manufactured, while others find his antics, like doing backflips all the time, cringey.
So, yeah, he’s a bit polarizing to the public, with may either loving him, or hating his backflips.
