Rutte: KFOR continues to be in Kosovo, as NATO and as the EU we are very involved in the region

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, in a press conference held within the framework of the NATO Summit in The Hague, also mentioned the Western Balkans region, specifically Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina, reports Gazeta Express.
Asked by a journalist about the lack of mention of the Western Balkans in the Summit statement, Rutte said that NATO continues to be focused on the region through its troops in Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Rutte said that KFOR continues to be in Kosovo and EUFOR in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“I have visited the region, I have had talks with leaders in Bosnia and Kosovo. We are very involved as NATO, as the EU is also very involved. We coordinate closely with Kaja Kallas and Ursula Von Der Leyen,” Rutte said.
“We continue to be there, nothing has changed,” the NATO Secretary General added. /GazetaExpress/
