Senior State Department official arrives in Kosovo, Prattipati: We expect to have a fruitful weekend with meetings and visits

The US State Department’s Senior Official for European and Eurasian Affairs, Brendan Hanrahan, has already arrived in Kosovo. The announcement was made by the US embassy, adding that Hanrahan was welcomed by the Chargé d’Affaires at the US Embassy in Kosovo, Anu Prattipati, writes Gazeta Express.

The announcement also states that “we look forward to a fruitful weekend of meetings.”

It is also added that these meetings will emphasize US priorities for regional stability, security, and economic prosperity.

“This evening, Chargé d’Affaires at the United States Embassy in Kosovo, Anu Prattipati, was pleased to welcome Senior Official of the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs of the Department of State, Brendan Hanrahan, on his first visit to Kosovo. We look forward to a productive weekend of meetings and visits that will highlight U.S. priorities for regional stability, security, and economic prosperity,” the statement said.

Otherwise, the State Department official is also expected to meet with the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti. /Express newspaper
