Kosovo authorities launch anti-espionage operation
Authorities in Kosovo launched an operation on Thursday, July 17, on suspicion of espionage.
Led by the Kosovo Special Prosecution Office, the operation is being conducted in cooperation with the Kosovo Police Inspectorate and the Kosovo Intelligence Agency.
“The operation is still ongoing and due to the sensitivity of the investigations, more details will be made public after the operation is completed,” the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo announced.
According to the announcement, the State Prosecutor will take all necessary investigative actions in accordance with the laws in force.
