A person wanted for “Aggravated Theft” is extradited from Austria to Kosovo, immediately sent to prison

A person internationally wanted for the criminal offense of “Aggravated Theft” was extradited from Austria to Kosovo during the early hours of this morning.
Kosovo Police announces that the extradition was carried out at around 01:00 at Pristina International Airport, in cooperation with Austrian and local authorities.
The wanted person was under investigation with two active court warrants and after being accepted by the Warrant Management Unit of the Podujeva police station, he was immediately sent to serve a sentence of one year and six months in prison.
“Today, at Pristina International Airport, the Warrant Management Unit of the Podujeva station, has carried out the admission of a person wanted with two active court warrants, for the criminal offense of “Aggravated Theft”. The wanted person was extradited to Kosovo, today at around 01:00, in cooperation with Austrian and local authorities. Immediately after admission, he was sent to serve his sentence (1 year and 6 months),” the announcement states.
Kosovo Police reiterates its commitment to enforcing the law and bringing to justice all wanted persons
