  1. I look forward to them being suspended. After all isn’t this similar to what got Priti Patel the boot?

  2. > In a statement following the delegation, LFI chair Jon Pearce said: “It’s more important than ever for British Members of Parliament to visit Israel and Palestine to show solidarity and hear directly from people on the ground.”

Absolutely shameless attempt at defending this lmao. How many Palestinian people, especially Palestinian people in Gaza, do you think these MPs heard while on an all-expenses paid trip to chinwag with genocidaires?

    > He added: “We left the region more convinced than ever of the need to secure the release [of] the remaining 58 hostages, massively increase humanitarian aid into Gaza, and see Hamas relinquish control of Gaza.”

Is that all we need pal? No comment on the hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians killed by Israeli airstrikes or [shot by IDF soldiers for fun](https://www.aljazeera.com/video/newsfeed/2025/5/20/israeli-opposition-leader-criticises-killing-children-as-a)? No comment on the rapidly deteriorating humanitarian crisis stemming from Israel’s continuing blockade of Gaza? I’m not sure Jon Peace is actually representing the experiences of the people on the ground here.
