Hey everyone. i ordered me a mouse and keyboard combo from lofree (china) which was shipped to germany. at the checkout i paid the EU Vat and shipping. my package is stuck at "collected from airport terminal" for about a week now. could someone share on any insights on what that could mean. and also how much zoll can i expect on it?
*maybe important info: the order was made to my workplace instead of me as an individual or personal consumer.

Looks normal to me, that can happen. Just wait.
My packages from the US are usually stuck in customs for 3-4 weeks. I’d give it a full month before you think about doing anything.
