Can anyone shed any light on how to solve this issue.

I have a Magti number.

I went overseas so deactivated the number dialing *181#

I made sure there was enough credit to last the 1 lari every 6 months.

I made sure with the agent that my sim card was active for roaming and that there would be no issues.

This was three months ago. I need to access my banking, and thus my sim card. So I popped it into my phone

It connects to nothing, so I have no access to re activate the number by dialing *180#

I am told it can be re activated in the app. My number is there in the app, but no option to re activate.

I’m told the re activation will only be enabled once verify id. So I verify id.

I did this last week, and ever since I verified id I have that unavailable notice as you can all see in the above pic.

I have been going around in circles with support, getting nowhere. So far I have

Recharged,
Turned phone off and on,
Had global roaming activated (apparently it wasn’t active),
Switched sims around,
Manually selected network.

Each time, I get disconnected from support and have to start again.

Each time they ignore the image I have posted here, and have not addressed why that happened after I verified I’d in the app. I keep bringing the above image up, and they do t respond to it. To be clear, it’s more than the sim card, I have no access to my account once logging in.

Does anyone else have experience with what’s going on?
