Hoxha: We know the goals of Serbia’s policy, we are prepared for all challenges

The Director of the Kosovo Police, Gazmend Hoxha, has said that they are prepared for the security challenges in the country.

At a press conference at the Emergency Management Agency (EMA), Hoxha was asked by journalists about the security situation following concerns recently raised regarding threats from Serbia.

“We know the goals of Serbia’s policy, it is not that they have always been or have ever been in support of peace and security in our country. We are prepared for all the challenges that may occur in our country and also the security situation in Kosovo is calm and stable except for the northern part, where it continues to be fragile due to the political actions that the Serbian government, in addition to various criminal, extremist and terrorist groups, often causes in the northern part of Kosovo,” said Hoxha.
