As of 7:00 am, a total of 29 fires have been recorded in open areas on the territory of North Macedonia, the Crisis Management Center has announced.
Of these, 10 are active, three are under control and 16 have been extinguished.
The fires are under control in Makedonski Brod, Shuto Orizare and Kurbinc.
The extinguished fires are in the vicinity of the areas of Gostivar, Tetovo, Kumanovo and Prilep.
We recall that this season the country is facing massive fires due to high temperatures, while some fires have been intentionally caused by individuals who are being prosecuted.
