Over the last six hours, a total of 80 fires have been reported in Kosovo, of which 35 still remain active, while 45 have been localized and are under control.

The most difficult situation is in the Municipality of Klina, where fires continue to cause damage in the villages of Siqevë and Resnikë. However, fortunately, no victims or injuries have been recorded so far.

The Emergency Management Agency announces that they are on the ground with the Fire Departments, managing the situation with all available capacities.

AME further emphasizes that in cooperation with the Kosovo Police and Firefighters, they are fully prepared to prevent the further spread of fires.

“We call on all citizens to show increased caution, to avoid any action that could cause a fire and to immediately report any suspicious fire to the emergency numbers 112, 193 or 192,” the announcement states.

The agency thanks the firefighters for their tireless dedication, the Kosovo Police and KFOR for their continued support, as well as the citizens for their cooperation in these critical moments. /Klankosova.tv
