Hey, I write a bit of a departure and I am asking for advice.

Until the end of June, I worked as a head of the reception department at the hotel. Generally, the last 3 years of work were turbulent there, there were better moments, they were also worse but I got into it myself employing in a large known company that is known among employees as a stereotypical example of Januszex (I caught up for the position and better earnings). Working there for 3 years I experienced 4 directors, including one mob. Finally, however, I went in good relations with the current pair of directors. The main reason I was leaving was the fact that my son was born at the beginning of the year. And I really didn’t have the strength or time to work on night/weekends, etc. like in a hotel. In addition, at the time when I needed support the most immediately after my son’s birth, two people from my department slowed down with stupid decisions of the board and directors, which of course meant that when I needed more time for my family, I spent long hours at work.

Stupid decisions and idiots in decision positions in this company are unfortunately the norm and not an exception. And so in the last month of work when I was on vacation, one of the employees received L4 from the doctor. The director of Idiot got along with her that she was to come to work normally and they would throw these hours to the next month. I found out about it after returning from vacation from another employee and well … I was all the more glad that I was finishing cooperation with this shrine because as the head of this department I would have big problems in control if it came out. I have no illusions that the director would have denied it and blamed me if Inba was made of it.

And good, I made a notice, I went away and the last withdrawal comes and here zonk. In the payment I received, over 50 hours of overtime, which I made in recent months, were not paid.

On July 17, I sent an email to the director and Kadrowa asking what they intend to do and when they intend to pay me money. I was hoping a bit that this is a bit from the brothel that prevails there and not because of the fact that the corpo worth the thick billions would Jew me about PLN 2,000+ at the end. But I think I got into it. It is true that immediately after sending the first e -mail I had a connection from the director, but I did not think much about it. I thought they would just write back to me since we didn’t call (and I didn’t detach because he called in the hours when I was in a new job).

Two days ago I sent them another email, this time with DW to your respectable president, the president is slightly pissed off that I am full of fear, that their master plan is not to pay me the money due. Again, they are being two days and no written answer, but another phone call from the director and this time the SMS which I attach to the post.

It pissed me off x2 because since he had already got a text message to me, he could write back "That’s how we will pay you the money" or "No, we are not going to pay". In my opinion, do they play a stupid game on time? On nerves? In order not to pay, but even more I do not want to call with this silent but I prefer to write back to me to have it in writing. I am a little bit to go to PIP because as the direction of this department, they will probably try to assign all mistakes and problems. Let me not make up the hill at the end.

What would you do? How would you play it? What would I possibly write back to him in a text message so that they finally determine what their position is.
