The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received today in a meeting the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense of the United States of America, David A. Baker.
In a Facebook post, Osmani expressed his satisfaction with this meeting, emphasizing the importance of the strategic partnership with the US in the field of security and defense.
“When America stands with us, Kosovo is stronger, safer, and more developed,” she wrote.
The President emphasized that Kosovo remains committed to deepening defense cooperation with the United States, including the development of the defense industry as an opportunity with mutual benefits.
Osmani also underlined that Kosovo’s membership in NATO remains a strategic objective, while American support in this regard is considered vital. /Telegraph/
