Trump repeats claim: I prevented war between Kosovo and Serbia
U.S. President Donald Trump has once again claimed that he prevented several wars around the world, including a potential conflict between Kosovo and Serbia.
In a recent interview with Australian journalist Mario Naëfal, Trump said he averted wars between India and Pakistan, Congo and Rwanda, as well as a possible outbreak of violence between Kosovo and Serbia, KosovaPress reports.
“We stopped a lot of wars. India-Pakistan… nuclear. Look at Cambodia — I stopped it recently through trade, and many others I stopped through trade. I told them, ‘Look, you can fight all you want, but we won’t trade with you.’ Kosovo — you know about that? Serbia — they were going to explode. I saved millions of lives,” Trump said.K
This is not the first time Trump or members of his administration have claimed to have prevented a war between Kosovo and Serbia.
