Serbia opposes EU measures against Iran

The European Council has decided to extend restrictive measures against Iran until July 27 due to its support for Russia in the Ukrainian aggression.
The Council adopted a decision amending the decision concerning restrictive measures in relation to Iran’s military support for Russia’s aggressive war against Ukraine, as well as against armed groups and entities in the Middle East and the Red Sea region.
The Council decided to extend the restrictive measures until July 27, 2026, as well as to add entries related to two persons and one entity – Mohammad-Reza Gharaei Ashitani, Mohammad Reza Khiabani, Islamic Republic of Iran Maritime Lines.
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine have agreed with this Council decision, the Council announced.
According to N1, Serbia has not agreed.
