Drilon Islami is expected to return to Kosovo after only two months in Romania, to the CFR Cluj team.
The Kosovar midfielder, former captain of Pristina, has not found space in the Romanian team and has not played a single minute this season.
Coach Dan Petrescu has not included him in his plans, while the team is facing other problems and is looking for reinforcements and changes in the composition.
Islam’s future seems to be in the Kosovo Super League again, as the Balkans have him on their wish list, writes the Romanian media outlet ‘Fanatik.ro’.

The two clubs have very good agreements between themselves, while Balkan’s sports director, Nderim Nexhipi, was one of those who brought Islam to Cluj, and is now working on his return to Kosovo.
Islami is no longer listed on CFR Cluj’s official website and his departure is expected to be confirmed soon, with the Balkans favourites to secure his services.
His return to the Kosovo Super League is expected to be a big win for the club from Suhareka, which will strengthen the midfield for the new season.
However, it is not yet known whether there will be a permanent transfer, or Islami will join Balkan only on loan from CFR Cluj. /Telegraph/
