The annual producer inflation rate in North Macedonia slowed to 5.2% in June 2025 from 5.8% in the previous month.

This marked the softest growth in producer prices since October last year, mainly due to a slower increase in the costs of energy (8% vs 17.3% in May).

Additionally, costs moderated for non-durable (4.4% vs 5.2%), consumer (4.1% vs 4.9%), and capital goods (12.9% vs 13.3%).

On the other hand, producer inflation increased further for intermediate goods excluding energy (1.3% vs 0.4%) and durable goods (0.5% vs 0.4%).

On a monthly basis, producer prices rose by 0.4% in June, the same pace as in the preceding period.
