Emergency Gate number
It’s sign with road reference point number which has defined coordinates and mileage (or rather kilometerage).

It is the sign of the times. Where intelligence work is as easy as asking random strangers.
It’s the beginning of a road. D0171 is road’s ID and .00 means 0km – the beginning. Once you reach 100th meter, this should be written on the white poles alongside road, or on similar signs
