Router z play

Have any of you also got the Acer Connect X6E router from Play and has only problems with it all the time?

I literally gave it to the service 3 times and each time the internet connection breaks down. Literally inserting the SIM card from the phone router and turning on the hotspot works much better than WiFi from this router.

Of course, when I asked Play if it is possible to replace the router with another model, they told me that I have no grounds (Ciul in 3 release to the site) and that I have to wait until the end of the contract.

This router normally costs from 800-1000 PLN, and it works worse than one for 20 zlotys with it.
