Endurance Academy 2025 is heading to Belgrade, Serbia, on November 21-23, 2025, as part of the European Athletics Coaching Summit Series. The coach gathering aims to provide education for endurance coaches and professionals from across Europe.

The Serbian Athletics Federation (SAS) will host the event. According to the federation, Belgrade is an ‘ideal training ground’ for coaches due to its athletic facilities, community, and ‘endurance spirit’.

The main venue will be the Athletics Indoor Hall in Banjica, a training facility used by Serbia’s national teams.

As part of the experience, participants will have the opportunity to run the Belgrade Half Marathon.

Slobodan Brankovic, Director of Serbian Athletics, said “The Endurance Academy represents the future of coach education – hands-on, international, and rooted in real performance environments.

“We saw an opportunity to not only elevate local expertise but also to connect Serbian athletics to a broader European community.”

He noted that the event aligns with the federation’s mission to raise the standard of athletics in Serbia.

Brankovic added “They’ll find a strong tradition of technical excellence, a rising generation of young athletes, and a federation that is serious about modernizing its approach.”

The SAS has a history of organising major international events, including the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 2017 and the World Athletics Indoor Championships in 2022.

Endurance Academy 2025 is being supported by the EndoGusto platform, which was created by and for coaches and athletes.
