Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić met with the Russian Ambassador to Serbia, Aleksandar Botsan-Kharchenko.
Vučić wrote that the two of them discussed topics of interest to both countries, especially “in light of the meeting at the highest level between the leaderships of the two countries,” which, as the Serbian president said, will take place soon.
He also wrote that they are committed to developing friendly relations with Russia.
”We discussed all topics of interest to both countries, especially in light of the meeting at the highest level between the leaderships of the two countries that should take place in the shortest possible time.
“I emphasized that we remain committed to developing friendly relations with Russia, with a clear determination to maintain peace and political stability in the Western Balkans region, especially in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” his announcement on Facebook reads.
