The schedule of the Romanian Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan’s visit to Moldova has been made public by the Government in Bucharest. The official visit is planned for Saturday, August 23rd. The program includes high-level meetings, joint press statements, participation in cultural events, and discussions with citizens, reports IPN.
According to the Romanian executive, the visit will begin with a welcoming ceremony at the executive headquarters in Chisinau, followed by a meeting between Prime Ministers Ilie Bolojan and Dorin Recean. Subsequently, the two will make press statements.
After the official part, the agenda includes the participation of both Prime Ministers at the National Treasure Festival in the village of Horești, Ialoveni district, as well as a meeting with the citizens of the region, at the Culture House in Bardar.
At the presidency, the Romanian Prime Minister, Ilie Bolojan, will have a meeting with the head of state, Maia Sandu.
This is the first visit that Ilie Bolojan is making to Chisinau in his capacity as the Prime Minister of Romania. The last time the dignitary was in the Republic of Moldova was on March 1, serving as the interim president.
