Democratic League of Kosovo MP, Lutfi Haziri, stated before the session resumed, saying that he hopes that this political crisis will be overcome, as Kosovo is currently in institutional turmoil.

He also said that Kosovo has neither an assembly, nor a government, nor does it have full legitimacy, not even local government.

Furthermore, Haziri said that ”Kosovo is entering an institutional black hole that cannot be predicted”.

“We have nothing new, by using the right to propose and implement the Court’s decision. We must always confirm that political decisions are not resolved by the courts, it is seen as insufficient to use the right to propose without securing the vote to be elected, it is a short-term political position. I hope that the first party will overcome this political climax and build an agreement. We need to work hard to make a political agreement a reality, and to unblock this institutional bottleneck, because today Kosovo has neither a parliament nor a government, it does not have full legitimacy nor local government, for a few weeks or a few months even the president will not have the function that she could have to exercise until the end. So Kosovo is entering an institutional black hole that cannot be predicted. The situation will never be resolved if there is no political agreement with the first party,” he declared. /Express newspaper
