Under the influence of a stable, dry and warm air mass from the south, from today (Wednesday, August 27) to Friday (August 29) the weather in North Macedonia will be sunny and noticeably warmer during the day with few to moderate local cloudiness. Light to moderate winds will blow mainly from the south.
As the authorities announce, regarding temperatures, they will exceed 30 degrees in most of Macedonia, while in the Vardar region, as well as in the southeastern regions, temperatures will locally exceed 35 degrees. In Skopje and the surrounding area, also in the aforementioned period, the temperature will rise to around or exceed 35 degrees, and the weather will be sunny with few to moderate local clouds and with light to moderate winds mainly from the south.
In the morning, the weather will remain relatively cool with minimum temperatures falling in the range of 7 to 17 degrees. In Skopje and the surrounding area, the temperature will drop to the range of 12 to 14 degrees in the morning.
There will be a change in weather associated with the development of instability, local heavy rains, storms, wind and a drop in temperatures over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday, August 30/31) when there will be conditions for local storms.
