DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) – A Davenport woman is charged with pimping after an investigation into a tip of illegal activity at a massage business.
Police said the June 26 tip accused Lily Massage of illegal sex acts, at the business at 2164 West Kimberly Road, according to an arrest affidavit.
Officials said 48-year-old Lihua Chen ran the massage parlor for the last several years and had multiple woman working for her.

Investigators found workers offered extra services were being offered, including nonconsensual sex acts.
Officials said Chen would then get 50% of what her workers earned from providing the massages to clients.
Chen is charged with:
- Ongoing criminal activity, a Class B felony
- Pandering of a minor for prostitution, a Class C felony
- Conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony, a Class D felony
- Pimping, a Class D felony
Chen has owned multiple other massage parlors in Minnesota and in Iowa, officials said. Ads for the massage parlors, including Lily Massage, appeared on websites known for promoting female escort services.
