Sometimes the internet blesses us with pure comedy gold, and this time, it came from an Italian Greyhound who looks like he accidentally filmed the creepiest American Horror Story intro ever.
In the black and white video, the spindly pup is caught on camera moving in just the right lighting and angles to create a sequence that looks like it belongs in the opening credits of a Ryan Murphy series. Between the eerie stare, long legs, and unsettling vibes, fans couldn’t help but laugh—and shiver a little, too. Where’s Sarah Paulson?
The hilariously spooky clip was uploaded to the TikTok account @shermy_the_iggy, and Ryan Murphy, eat your heart out!

The comments section went wild with comparisons. Fans called it “unsettlingly perfect” and joked that Ryan Murphy should “sign this dog immediately.” Others said the clip gave them flashbacks to their first time watching AHS: Murder House alone in the dark. Someone else said, “This is genuinely a more accurate depiction of AHS intros than some of the actual AHS intros.” A few even compared the dog’s creepy look to vintage horror films, proving that sometimes pets really do serve up Oscar-worthy performances without even trying.
While this Italian Greyhound might not be starring in the next season of American Horror Story, Ryan Murphy does have another chilling project underway. His popular Monster anthology series, which dramatizes infamous killers, has been confirmed to return with a new season focused on Ed Gein—the “Butcher of Plainfield.” I’m excited for this, but TBH, it’s gonna take a lot for me to see handsome Charlie Hunnam as scary!
