Air Canada Vacations has announced that Aeroplan Members can now earn additional Aeroplan points on select vacation packages and tours to more than 64 destinations worldwide.
The program, which applies to travel between January 1 and December 31, 2026, allows members to collect bonus points on both the flight and vacation portions of qualifying packages.
Travellers booking a minimum seven-night stay in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America, as well as select flight and hotel packages to Hawaii and Florida, can earn up to 20,000 extra Aeroplan points per member.
European tours are also included. Aeroplan Members can earn up to 4,000 extra points on packages to countries such as Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Germany, and several others. Tours to Asia, Central and South America, and the South Pacific—including destinations like Japan, Thailand, Brazil, Peru, Australia and New Zealand—also qualify for 4,000 extra points.
In Canada, members can earn 2,000 extra points on stays at select hotels in Whistler, Calgary, Kamloops and Saint John.
“We believe in rewarding our customers,” said Nino Montagnese, vice president at Air Canada Vacations.
“Earning extra Aeroplan points is just one of the many perks of travelling with us. Points can add up quickly and be redeemed for future travels, shopping and so much more. As part of Our Vacation Promise, we want to elevate our customers’ experience, and Aeroplan allows us to do just that by bringing them one step closer to their next dream vacation.”
In addition, Aeroplan Members can access a 10% discount on select activities and excursions offered through GetYourGuide when booked via Air Canada Vacations.
