Will there be Albanian fans in Serbia? Armand Duka reveals everything

The Albanian national team will play what is being considered a final next month.
The Reds will face Serbia in the match that is set to be played in Leskovac.
This will be the second time that these two national teams will face each other in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, while the first duel between them in Tirana ended in a draw.
Now, Sylvinho’s team needs more than ever a victory in Serbia to “nail” the second position, which leads to the “play-off” for qualification in the competition that will be held next year in the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.
There were no Serbian fans in Tirana, but will there be Albanians in the Leskovac stadium?
The president of the Albanian Football Federation, Armand Duka, gave an answer to this in an interview on the “Opinion” show on Klan.
“In an agreement, we have not agreed to have Serbian fans in Albania nor have they agreed to have Albanian fans in the stadium,” he said.
But when will the Albanian team leave for Serbia?
“The match is played on October 11 and the team will travel to Niš on October 10. We will be accommodated in a hotel between Niš and Leskovac. We will play the match and return for the friendly with Jordan. It is an important match for group classification. Other things should not be thought about. The team has experience and knows how to share things. From a sporting point of view, the team is good,” concluded the head of Albanian football. /Express newspaper
