The world’s first AI Minister will eliminate corruption, according to the Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
The AI avatar has been introduced by the Albanian Prime Minister to remove the human, and corrupt element of selecting tenders in the eastern European country.
But, like any technological tool, the question is being asked about who’s controlling her.
