Lack of congratulations from Kosovo for Edi Rama: Konjufca after being asked by the media: I am becoming the first to congratulate him

Former Speaker of the Parliament and MP, Glauk Konjfuca, was asked today by the media about the lack of congratulations from Kosovo for Edi Rama after the creation of the new Government. 

Konjufca congratulated Edi Rama, saying that he is becoming the first, since no one from the Government or institutions has yet congratulated him. 

“Congratulations for Mr. Rama will surely come,” Konjufca declared from an electoral rally in Shtime.
