Acting Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, participated in the Warsaw Security Forum, an important international platform that provided opportunities for bilateral meetings with friends and strategic partners, including four-star generals from the United States of America.
“I was pleased to meet General Tod Daniel Wolters, Supreme Allied Commander Europe for 2019-2022, as well as Admiral Mark Montgomery, currently Senior Director and Senior Fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD) in the US,” Macedonci wrote on Facebook.
He emphasized that during these meetings, he presented the progress of Kosovo and the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) in the implementation of the Transition Plan.
The Macedonian stressed that he also discussed bilateral Kosovo-US relations in the field of defense, as well as joint initiatives to strengthen our strategic cooperation.
“I thanked the two Generals, friends of Kosovo who have contributed greatly to our defense achievements, made in cooperation with the US,” he wrote. /Telegraph/
