Kosovo destroys 35,170 kilograms of fish after Court ruling

The Food and Veterinary Agency, through a media release on their Facebook page, announced that they have begun implementing the Commercial Court’s decision to destroy fish worth 35,170 kilograms.
“This action is carried out with the aim of guaranteeing the health safety of consumers and respecting international quality standards,” the announcement states.
The liquidation is being carried out based on the decision of the Commercial Court in Pristina – Second Instance Chamber, according to Decision No. case 2025:134825 with document no. 07679680.
