The island of Thasos saw the highest accumulation, with 123 millimeters between Wednesday and midday Saturday.

In total, 14 stations registered more than 100 millimeters over the four-day span, with northern and western Greece particularly affected.

Unsettled weather is expected to persist through the weekend. Clouds and scattered showers are forecast for central and southern parts of the country as well as the eastern Aegean.

Isolated thunderstorms may develop in eastern Macedonia, Thrace and the northeast Aegean, while early morning storms are possible over the Ionian Sea and along western Peloponnesian coasts.

Winds will blow from the west at 3 to 5 on the Beaufort scale, reaching 6 at sea.

Temperatures will range from 15 to 25 degrees Celsius, with cooler conditions in northern and northwestern regions.
