Folks who love country music will have a chance to bring in the New Year with two of the genre’s biggest stars.
That’s because, according to Taste of Country, singers Jason Aldean and Lainey Wilson have been announced as performers for Nashville’s Big Bash New Year’s Eve Party.
It is slated to air live on CBS.
Taste of Country said that Bailey Zimmerman and CeCe Winans are also slated to take part in the big night.
The outlet reported that more than a dozen performers took part in the show last year, so there will likely be more names added to the list before the big night. The big bash is slated to begin at 8 and run through 10 p.m. before taking a break for local news. It then returns from 10:30 p.m. and will run until 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 1.
Taste of Country said last year’s lineup included Jelly Roll, Kane Brown, Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, Big & Rich, Luke Combs, Tyler Hubbard, Post Malone, Brittney Spencer, Christ Stapleton and Wilson.
That was a pretty stacked lineup so expect some elite company for Aldean and Wilson to be announced.
