A recent study from UKG, an AI workforce operating platform, found that frontline workers using AI reported lower burnout rates (41 percent) compared to those not using the technology (54 percent).
AI has been introduced into nearly every aspect of human life, from the workforce to education and even dating.
While the threat of lost jobs is high from AI across industries, the technology could also make life easier for many workers, reducing burnout in the process.

Worst part is, I’m not evern worried that AI can do my job, I just worry that upper management thinks it can and will fire people anyways

its not just Gen z, it’s every generation. Like realistically, what repeatable job can’t be done with ai + human verifier, cheaper. Like the unit cost dominance of ai + human over human is like 100x in some cases. That means human labour is going to get nukes.

Isn’t every generation entering the job market experiencing something like this? Building experience is just hard, and always has been.
Don’t forget that a lot of short term result-layoffs are done under the guise of “AI”, while just putting more pressure on the remaining employees.
Same as it ever was.
