MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – You can now see the face of Action News 5’s very own Sports Director, Doc Holliday, the next time you drive on Elvis Presley Boulevard, or get a bite to eat at The Rockin’ Chair.
He was included in a huge mural painted by local artist DunDee that shows off Memphis culture and those who have left an impact on the city. Featured alongside Doc are other athletes, musical legends, and civil rights leaders.

“It means a lot, man,” DunDee said. “It’s the heritage. It’s the history of Memphis. And my guy, my friend, my brother, Ron, he’s like, ‘Well, we need to acknowledge some of these Memphis heroes.’ And that’s what we’re doing.”
Dundee says Doc was included in the mural for all he does in our local neighborhoods to make a difference.
