The only thing with this is that it would only work in a vacuum. Once it has to deal with people, it falls apart, doesn’t it? If folks wanted to stop the police car from getting somewhere, they’d figure out how to do that and go about their business. I mean, it’s self-driving. It has a protocol that says, “stop when humans in front”. All people would have to do is stand in front of it an-
