Slovenia’s seasonally adjusted business tendency indicator in manufacturing edged down to -6 in October 2025 from a thirty-month high of -5 in the previous month.

The decline reflected subdued expectations for export (-26) and overall order books (-24), both unchanged from September.

Meanwhile, employment trends improved (4 vs 2), as well as expectations on selling prices (4 vs 3) and stocks of finished goods (3 vs 2).

Additionally, current assessments on production (at 4) and its outlook (at 11) remained optimistic.
