On November 5, 2025, airBaltic, the Latvian carrier, introduced a new direct flight service connecting its seasonal base in Gran Canaria, Spain, to Molde, Norway. This route will operate every Wednesday through to early April 2026, with a flight duration of around 5 hours and 40 minutes. Throughout this winter season, airBaltic will offer seven direct routes from Gran Canaria, linking the island to various locations across the Baltics, Scandinavia, and Central Europe, providing passengers with a variety of travel choices.
